TESTIMONIALS

"Considering the logistics of those involved...and the ”window” from contact to closing...nearly an impossible request! The owner lives in Missouri, the Farm Manager is leaving Iowa in two days to spend the winter in Texas. He called Peoples Company to arrange ”Walking the farm with an Agent.” Within two hours of my phone call to the Manager, I received a phone call saying ”We are standing on the farm!” I WAS IMPRESSED! Thanks to e-mails, conference calling, FAX, etc. Kenny arranged the auction. In less than two months, mission accomplished with no problems - Money was in the bank!”

” I would recommend Peoples Company especially our Agent Kenny. From listing to selling the house, he always kept me informed and explained in detail what was happening. The house was sold in a few weeks. Thank you Kenny!!!”

”Kenny Herring, with his positive attitude became quickly knowledgeable of our family farm. He immediately became acquainted with those associated with our family farm corporation. He spoke with respect of other realtors as they became involved with the sale process. His visuals were extraordinary and Kenny was relentless in his pursuit of finding buyers of interest from in and out of the state of Iowa.

His consistent communication skills kept me informed of the sale progress. When sales were down, Kenny acquired a price that pleased the landowners and all those involved with the sale. You will be fortunate to have Kenny Herring as your Realtor. Kenny Herring is the Realtor to call in selling your farm."
