Biography
Elizabeth Strom serves as Director of Asset Management on the Capital Markets team, where she oversees portfolio performance, strategy, and day-to-day operations to maximize long-term value and achieve client investment objectives. She leads active asset management efforts through financial analysis, budgeting, leasing strategy, and capital planning.
Elizabeth works closely with local Land Managers and cross-functional teams at Peoples Company to implement portfolio strategies, underwrite new investment opportunities, and execute dispositions on behalf of clients. She has managed farmland assets across the Midwest and the Southeastern United States and has represented clients in farmland acquisitions and dispositions nationwide. As an Accredited Farm Manager (AFM), she has spearheaded farmland management strategies for family offices and institutional investors, delivering disciplined execution, transparent reporting, and strong portfolio performance. Raised on a corn, soybean, and cattle farm in Toulon, Illinois, she brings firsthand agricultural experience and a deep commitment to land stewardship.
